JFYT2227-40Self -Erecting Tower Crane is the new type buliding tower crane, it is the initiate in the domenstic
this machine is horizontal boom,trolley luffing, low level slewing self erecting tower crane,the max radius is 27m, max hoisting capacity is 4000kg, rated load moment is 10t.m. the main characteristics as following
1. Upside used hydraulic jacking system to realize to make mast stand up and fold, pull boom up and down by pull rod balance mechanisms at the same time, it will take only 10 minutes to realize from folded state to working state,working speed is high, adjusting performance is good, working is stable and efficiency is high
2. lifitng mechanisms adopt the 3 phases 380V motor and the hishfr speed is 32m/min. trolley run in horizontal boom, drive reducer is worm gear reducer to make the trolley have goods positioning performance ,swing, structure uses planerary to fit fluid couping, high load ability, use inverter control stable starting and braking, reliable working
